## About the Role
Microsoft's SME&C (Small, Medium & Corporate) Sales Organization is hiring a Senior Director of Digital Sales in Bangalore. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud revenue across the India SME market.
## Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing digital sales team across Bangalore and India region
- Own revenue targets for Azure, M365, and Dynamics 365 across mid-market accounts
- Build and execute digital sales strategies for the SME segment
- Partner with Microsoft India field teams, partner ecosystem, and engineering stakeholders
- Drive pipeline development, deal coaching, and strategic account planning
- Report to VP level stakeholders on business performance and strategy
## Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in enterprise tech sales or sales leadership
- Proven track record of managing large, geographically distributed sales teams
- Deep understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, M365, Dynamics) preferred
- Experience selling to or managing accounts across India's mid-market and SME segment
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the C-suite level
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in Bangalore office
