## About the Role
Caterpillar's Digital & Technology team in Bangalore is hiring a Frontend Engineer to work on enterprise-grade web applications for the world's largest construction and mining equipment manufacturer. You'll build interfaces used by operators, dealers, and fleet managers globally.
## Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, performant UI components using React and TypeScript
- Integrate with backend REST APIs and real-time data streams from industrial equipment
- Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement pixel-accurate, accessible interfaces
- Participate in code reviews and Agile sprint ceremonies
- Support CI/CD pipeline integration for frontend builds
## Requirements
- 3–7 years of frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and Agile/Scrum methodology
